Ballinger Estates

This residential subdivision includes 40 single family home lots adjacent to a golf course and bifurcated by a seasonal stream. It’s located in Sacramento County in the North Vineyard Station Specific Plan. Downtown Sacramento is a short 20- to 25-minute commute with numerous employment opportunities. This project will feature two units for each lot, one main home and one ADU, for a total of 80 housing units.

Coastal Palms

Coastal Palms is a senior living community being planned for the greater Myrtle Beach area in South Carolina.  The current proposal includes 80 units of Assisted Living and Memory Care (AL/MC), along with senior apartments and cottages, and an Independent Living (AL) facility, all located on a beautiful 27-acre campus adjacent to a golf course.

Florin Road

Florin Road is a single family and multifamily development project situated on approximately 15.6 acres located near the town of Elk Grove in Sacramento County California. The community is considered a highly desirable suburb of Sacramento and has newer homes, schools and parks. The plan for the property is to coordinate with the county to rezone approximately seven acres for a 280-unit multifamily complex on that parcel. The balance of the site, about 8.6 acres, would be rezoned to support approximately 60 lots of single family housing with a main house and ADU on each lot (120 housing units total).

Gerber Road

We own a 9.5 acre parcel located just off of a major road in Sacramento County (also in the North Vineyard Station Specific Plan).  We’re getting the property rezoned and entitled for a total of 336 multifamily (apartment) units.  The county, which needs more rental units, has been supportive and in fact has been driving the rezoning effort with their own time and resources.  The project has already been site planned with three, four-story buildings and numerous amenities including a pool, clubhouse, and fire pits with picnic areas.

This cozy residential subdivision includes 22 single family home lots adjacent to a future park site.  It’s located in Sacramento County, in the North Vineyard Station Specific Plan – an area targeted for development by the county and featuring lots of new homes, new schools and parks, and shopping.  We’re planning two units for each lot, one main home and one Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

Turtles First

We’re planning a small but exclusive luxury home development in Playa Grande, Costa Rica.  The current site features 14 lots which will likely be enclosed within a gated community.  The property is located adjacent to the beach, which is accessible directly via a short public right-of-way.  The entire development is planned to be eco-friendly, with planned solar electric generation, self-sufficient water storage, and gardens and landscaping designed to blend with the local natural environment.
